Project Description

The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua proposed Project Mohala at its property, which involved renovations and new amenities at the existing resort in West Maui. The proposed project also involved improvements to enhance the existing cultural program at The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua. Munekiyo Hiraga’s work included preparation and processing of SMA permitting and Project District approval applications processing through the Maui Planning Commission.
