This 100% affordable senior housing project provides 117 affordable rental units located adjacent to Hope Chapel in Kīhei. The three-story apartment building also includes ADA accessible units and native landscaping. Munekiyo Hiraga’s work included preparing and processing an Environmental Assessment and SMA Use Permit documentation involving both County Council and Maui Planning Commission (SMA) review and approval, as well as construction permit assistance.
