The Planning Department sought to understand the Transit Oriented Development opportunities along the Ka‘ahumanu Avenue and Main Street corridor which runs through Wailuku and Kahului. Munekiyo Hiraga served as the community outreach and engagement support consultant, assisting with the hosting of a number of events and pop-ups to gather input from residents.
