Pūlama Lāna‘i proposed the Hōkuaō project to expand the inventory of affordable housing units on the island of Lāna‘i. The 150-unit project features fully furnished rental units in Lāna‘i City. Munekiyo Hiraga prepared the Environmental Assessment and 201H HRS Affordable Housing application for processing by the Maui County Council for the affordable housing application.
