In 1989, Michael Munekiyo started the firm on Maui to provide planning services for local agencies, landowners and businesses. Since then, we have been fortunate to steadily expand our client base and professional services throughout the State of Hawai’i.

Today, Munekiyo Hiraga is a full-service planning and project management consulting firm with offices on Maui and O‘ahu. Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to a broad range of clients including government agencies, landowners, small businesses, architects, engineers and non-profit organizations.
